Rehabilitation
Our Rehabilitation program provides a holistic approach to rehabilitation, addressing the unique needs and challenges faced by former young offenders. As well as receiving hands-on training in cooking techniques, kitchen safety, and food preparation, participants will have the opportunity to receive vocational training in areas such as teamwork, communication, time management, and customer service. These skills are essential for success in any profession and will help participants build a strong foundation for their future.
Participants will also gain a comprehensive understanding of the structure and organisation of professional kitchens and food service operations which will involve learning about kitchen layout, equipment usage, workflow optimisation, and sanitation practices, ensuring that they are well-prepared to excel in any environment.
Program Overview:
MENTORSHIP
Each participant will be paired with a mentor who will provide guidance, support, and encouragement throughout their rehabilitation journey. Mentors serve as positive role models, helping participants navigate challenges and stay focused on their goals.
COMMUNITY INTEGRATION
Our Rehabilitation program also focuses on community integration, helping participants reconnect with their communities and build positive relationships with peers, family members, and community organizations. Through community service projects, volunteer opportunities, and social activities, participants will have the chance to give back to their communities and make a positive impact.
SUPPORT SERVICES
